Cookie Policy

What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser to remember information about your visit. Some are essential for the site to work; others help us understand which features matter. We use the minimum number of cookies needed to operate percivoAI.
Categories we use
Strictly necessary
These cookies keep you signed in, secure your session, and make the app function. They are always on and cannot be turned off because the Service won't work without them.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Expiry |
|---|---|---|---|
| sb-*-auth-token | Supabase | Authentication session | Session / refresh |
| percivo_consent | percivoAI | Stores your cookie preferences | 1 year |
Product analytics (optional)
These help us understand how the app is used so we can improve the product. They only run when you grant consent through the cookie banner. We use PostHog on its EU region, with anonymous person profiles (we only attach an identifier when you sign in) and session recording disabled.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Expiry |
|---|---|---|---|
| ph_*_posthog | PostHog | Anonymous device identifier for product analytics | 1 year |
What we do not use
We do not use third-party advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or social-media tracking cookies. We do not sell personal data.
Changing your preferences
You can change your choice at any time by clicking in the site footer or from the link at the top of this page. You can also clear cookies in your browser settings; doing so will prompt you to make a choice again on your next visit.
Do Not Track
Browser Do Not Track signals are not standardised across the industry, so we treat the explicit choice in our cookie banner as authoritative. If you reject analytics, we do not load PostHog at all.
